Goods releases from the government entities concerned based on the goods type -  
Document stating the driver's name and a copy of his civil ID -  
Signature authorization from the applicant or the authorized signatory -  
Goods Invoice -  
Letter from the company owner or the applicant stating the type of the export goods -
