For first time license:

Letter from the applicant or his agent addressed to the General Manager of Kuwait Fire Service Directorate on storing inflammable liquids in fixed tanks

Tank site drawings prepared by an engineering office

Tank technical specification drawings prepared by an engineering office

Tank manufacturing certificate and static pressure test

For license renewal:

Fire extinguisher inspection certificate

Letter from the applicant

Receipt of payment of the prescribed fees

Fire license for the establishment, if the tank is located therein

Visit the Dangerous Materials Section - General Licenses Supervision - License Department of Kuwait Fire Service Directorate and submit the required documents
