Salary for above 18 years old


 
Service Description
The person with special need above 18 shall receive a salary form the Public Authority for the persons with special needs affairs by:
450 K.D for single
90 K.D as social allowance
50 K.D as allowance for child in good health
100 K.D for child with special needs 		-

The disability should be severe -  
The disability rate should exceed 50% -

Required Documents
Copy of the Kuwaiti nationality -  
1 passport personal portrait photo -  
Copy of the civil card (valid) -  
Copy of the birth certificate of the person with special needs -  
Copy of the disability identity issued by the Public Authority for people with special needs -  
Copy of the disability proof certificate issued by the Public Authority for people with special needs affairs -  
Copy of the Civil ID of the father - in the case of the father opening the file -  
A letter To Whom It May Concern addressed to the Public Authority for people with special needs Affairs clarifying in it the account No.- salary transfer form -  
Certificate issued by the Public Authority for Social Insurances stating that the person with special needs does not work for any governmental or private authority -  
The disability rate certificate at the Public Authority for people with special needs affairs -  
Guardianship letter for the person with special needs if the father is dead or the disability is mental -  
A non-harboring certificate from the social care house in Sulaybikhat- Dowar Al Itham- stating that the person with special needs is not harbored by this care house or in any other center whether governmental or private or hospitals - true copy -

Procedures
1- To submit the necessary documents to the housing, social affairs and public utilities section in the 3rd floor at the headquarter of the Public Authority for persons with special needs affairs in Al shaab Ak Bahri region during the morning from 8 until 12, Sundays and Tuesdays for women and Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for men
To present the file to the specialized committee for determining the right and the amount due
