Service Description
The Public Authority for Special Needs Affairs shall issue a disability identity according to the report of the Medical committee at the Authority for benefiting from the characteristics of the persons with special needs law according to the type and degree of the disability.

To have a disability proof certificate issued by the Public Authority for persons with Special Needs

Copy of the disability proof certificate issued by the Public Authority for Special Needs Affairs

2 passport portrait photos
-
Copy of the smart civil ID card of the person with special needs

In the case of failing to submit the smart civil card, the passport should be submitted

Procedures
1- To submit the required documents to the persons with special needs department in the 5th floor at the location of the Public Authority for Special Needs Affairs in Al Shaab Al Bahri region during the morning from 8 until 12, Sundays and Tuesdays for women and Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for men
The receiving shall be done after one week from the submission date
