Two (2) personal photos, in case of applying for a temporal permit for establishing kids' playing area at feasts

Procedures
Visit the Hygiene and Roads Occupancy Department of Kuwait Municipality branch in the governorate concerned with the service and submit the required documents. The request is, then, checked and the required location is inspected
Sign a declaration and undertaking to guarantee leaving the location in the same condition as it was prior to usage
Pay the fees due and insurance at the cashier's counter
The license is, then, issued
