Service Description
This service allows citizens, residents, and visitors to perform oral and maxillofacial surgeries .

Eligibility or Criteria
Primary dental treatments must be done in the General Dental Clinic of the Primary Health Care Center .

A recent dental x-ray for the treated teeth must be taken .

Required Documents
Civil ID, for Kuwaiti applicants .

Civil ID and health card, for non-Kuwaiti applicants .

Entrance visa, for applicant visitors .

Transfer form approved by the general practitioner in the Oral and Dental Surgery Unit at the Specialty Dental Center depending on the residence district .

Recent dental x-ray for the treated teeth .

Procedures
Visit the Oral and Dental Surgery Unit at the Specialty Dental Center of the Ministry of Health nearest to your residence district and submit the required documents
Register in the Specialty Dental Center nearest to your residence district and schedule the check-up days as stated in the transfer form
