Service Description
This service allows retiree citizens to determine the extent of disability for health reasons pursuant to the request of the Public Institution for Social Security to increase or not increase the legal years (the legal years of experience that are purchased in case accepted the Public Institutions for Social Security) which are added to the beneficiaries at exchange or to determine the legal capacity.

Eligibility or Criteria
The applicant must be transferred from the Public Institution for Social Security through a letter mentioning the request of the Institution to determine the extent of disability to increase or not increase the legal years that are added to the beneficiaries at exchange or to determine the legal capacity.

The applicant must be retired due to his health condition and a decision thereof must be issued from the General Medical Council or the medical committees at the Ministry of Defense or the Ministry of Interior.

Required Documents
Civil ID or any other personal identification.

An official letter from the Public Institution for Social Security addressed to the Medical Council.

Approved copy from the medical committees that review the request (if any).

Procedures
Bring the required documents and visit the Public Medical Council of the Ministry of Health at the Department Compound inside the Al-Saba Health District next to the Treatment Abroad Department
Open a file or get the file in case you already have one with the Public Medical Council
Refer to the physician of the Medical Council to have the medical exam
This is done after you are referred to the permanent disability committee at the Medical Council directly or a competent committee in a governmental hospital then to the Permanent Disability Committee at the Medical Council
After that, a letter is issued about the disability condition from the Public Medical Council addressed to the Institution for Social Security in response to the letter of the Public Institution for Social Security which includes the response to the required inquiry
