Service Description
This service allows citizens and residents to authenticate the leaves issued from the private sector for any duration. They can also authenticate leaves issued from government sector whose duration exceed one month or as requested by the government entities.

Eligibility or Criteria
The applicant must be transferred from the employing entity with an official letter and the leave must be approved .

The applicant must attend in person .

The applicant must pay the fees due .

Complete case medical report .

Copy of the sick leave .

Official transfer letter from the employing entity to the General Medical Council .

Copy of the civil ID .

Procedures
Visit the General Medical Council and submit the required documents
Pay the fees due. A folder is opened for the applicant
Refer to the doctor at the General Medical Council for medical check-up and review. Then, the leave will be approved or transferred to one of the competent medical committees of the General Medical Council or the public hospitals. After review, a letter is sent to the applicant's employer including the resolution of the General Medical Council
