This service allows the issuance of a burial permit for the deceased Kuwaitis or non-Kuwaitis of natural causes

Death must be of natural causes

Civil ID of the deceased, if the deceased is a Kuwaiti citizen

Civil ID of the person receiving the deceased, if the deceased is a Kuwaiti citizen

Civil ID of the deceased or any other personal identification, if the deceased is a non-Kuwaiti citizen

Civil ID of the person receiving the deceased, if the deceased is a non-Kuwaiti citizen

Procedures
If death occurred in the hospital: Visit the Administrative Supervisor in the Public Relations Section and submit the required documents. Then, refer to the Delivery of the Deceased Office
If death occurred at home: Visit the medical center depending on the residence district and submit the required documents
