This service allows the issuance of a permit to accompany a patient in the hospital wards. This service is not considered an absence permission from work except in case of mothers accompanying their children at the hospital

Obtain the service application form, i.e. Accompanying a Patient Form, from the reception in the hospital concerned
After filling the service application form by the doctor, submit it to the ward supervisor
