This service allows visitors and residents to retrieve the amounts paid as fees for medical services that were not provided by the Ministry

The original payment receipt must be available in order to retrieve the amounts paid

Applicant must attend in person when retrieving the amounts paid

Letter from the hospital where the fees for the medical services were paid

Procedures
Visit the hospital where the fees for the medical services were paid and bring a letter from the Accounting Department in the hospital stating that the required medical service was not provided
After submitting the required documents, fill the Memorandum (A) in the Income Section - Financial Accounting Department - First Floor - Ministry of Health Headquarters
