This service allows the business sector to register companies and organizations wishing to supply the Ministry of Health with non-medical material.

Eligibility or Criteria

The applicant company or organization must be registered at the Central Tender Committee.

The applicant company or organization must be registered at Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The applicant company or organization must be committed by the National Employment Support Law.

The company agent must attend the procedures and bring a copy from his civil ID.

Required Documents

Request letter from the company or organization for registration in the Ministry supplier register. This letter must be written in the name of the Procurements and Stores Department manager mentioning the activity type.

Copy from the company or organization articles of incorporations (from the Ministry of Justice)

Registration certificate at Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Company or organization civil ID from the Public Authority for Civil Information

Certificate of the national employment percentage

Bank guarantee covering (500) K.D. for a year in the name of the Ministry of Health
