Service Description
This service allows the business sector (companies and organizations) to issue a site license for a transmission strengthening station for mobile phone systems, after checking the site validity with regard to the radiation safety.

Eligibility or Criteria
The station installation site must fulfill the secure distance requirements, so that the antenna tower is 12 meters away from the nearest building at the antenna direction. -

Required Documents
Copy from the civil ID of the applicant or the applicant entity's responsible person -  
Technical specification booklet of the station -  
Architectural plan indicating the station installation method and the dimensions -  
Architectural plan indicating area inside the station and the dimensions -  
Copy from the signature authorization of the applicant company -  
Copy from the Ministry of Communication license on the frequencies -  
Copy from the fee payment receipt -  
Official letter from the applicant entity to the Radiation Protection Department indicating the exact address of the station site -

Procedures
Submit the official letter from the applicant entity to the Radiation Protection Department of the Ministry of Health indicating the exact address of the station site
Fill the service application form
Pay the fees due
The apparatus is classified as per the ministerial decree and the required license type is determined. Then, the apparatus installation and usage locations are inspected, in case of applying for a site license. Then, the request is presented to the Radiation Protection Committee. In case the license request is approved, the license is issued at the Radiation Protection Department. However, if the request is rejected, an official letter is issued from the Radiation Protection Department stating the rejection reasons
