Service Description
This service allows the business sector (companies and organizations) to issue licenses of home care centers that provide health care services to the aged and the disabled persons at their place of residence or in the institutions of the State of Kuwait

Eligibility or Criteria
The company must be legally announced and its activities must include providing health services to obtain the license -  
The license may not be transferred to a third party unless the approval of the Ministry of Health is obtained -  
The number of the technical and nursing labour must not be less than two (2) members in the nursing body and two (2) technical physiotherapists -

Required Documents
Articles of incorporation of the registered company -  
Commercial license -  
Approval of the Medical License Committee -  
Approval of Kuwait Municipality on the company location, which must be a separate and easy-to-reach apartment -  
Approval of Kuwait Fire Service ‎Directorate -  
Approval of the Environment Public Authority -  
Approval of the Ministry of Interior -

Procedures
Visit the Medical License Department of the Ministry of Health and submit the required documents attaching the service application form
Fill the service application form at the Department
Pay the fees due
Obtain the primary approval of the Medical License Committee, which is valid for six months and can be renewed. Then, obtain the approvals of Kuwait Municipality and other entities concerned like: Kuwait Fire Service Directorate and the Ministry of Interior
Start preparing your company location. After finishing the location preparations, primary and final inspections will be made to confirm that the location meets the conditions
Employ the required technical and nursing labour, at least two (2) members in the nursing body and two (2) technical physiotherapists. Then, the license to open a home care center will be issued
