Eligibility or Criteria
The applicant entity must obtain the approval of the Radiation Protection Department on re-exporting radioactive apparatuses or resources -

Required Documents
Copy of the license issued from the Radiation Protection Department -  
Proofing documents for the apparatus or resource that is to be re-exported -  
Re-export letter from the exporting entity to the Radiation Protection Department reporting the resource that is being re-exported to the country of origin -

Procedures
Visit the Radiation Protection Department of the Ministry of Health and submit the required documents
Fill the service application form
An approval letter is sent to the Customs Department on the re-export of required apparatuses and resources
