The applicant entity must submit an official letter directed to the Radiation Protection Department -

Official letter directed to the Radiation Protection Department stating the reasons for the requested inspection -

Procedures
Visit the Radiation Protection Department of the Ministry of Health and submit the required document
The requested inspection is conducted on the site and the radiation measures are taken. Then, the applicant entity is notified with the results of the inspection
