Service Description
This service allows citizens, residents, and visitors to issue professional pharmacist licenses to work in the government sector in the State of Kuwait -

Eligibility or Criteria
The applicant must submit a request to issue professional license from the applicant's employer -  
The applicant must have obtained accredited scientific certificates -  
The applicant must have field experience, for non-Kuwaiti pharmacist -

Required Documents
For Kuwaiti pharmacists:
  • Request to issue professional pharmacist license from the applicant's employer
  • Copy of the scientific certificate
  • Copy of the nationality certificate
  • Copy of the civil ID
  • Three (3) personal photos
    		•  -  
    For non-Kuwaiti pharmacists:
  • Request to issue professional pharmacist license from the applicant's employer
  • Copy of the scientific certificates
  • Copy of the certificates of experience
  • Copy of the passport
  • Copy of the professional license in the applicant's home country
  • Three (3) personal photos

    Visit the Medical License Department and submit the required documents
    Register the applicant's details in the department records
    Fill the service application form
    Pay the fees due to issue the required license
