The applicant must submit a request to issue professional license from the applicant's employer

The applicant must have obtained accredited scientific certificates

The applicant must have the suitable practical experience, for non-Kuwaiti nurses

For Kuwaiti nurses:

Request to issue professional nursing license from the applicant's employer

Copy of the scientific certificate

Copy of the nationality certificate

Copy of the civil ID

Three (3) personal photos

For non-Kuwaiti nurses:

Request to issue professional nursing license from the applicant's employer

Copy of the scientific certificates

Copy of the certificates of experience

Copy of the passport

Copy of the professional license in the applicant's home country

Three (3) personal photos
