Service Description
This service allows Kuwaiti and non-Kuwaiti applicants to issue public driving licenses, pursuant to the Traffic Law Articles and Provisions, Executive Regulation No. (67/76), and Amendments thereof.

The applicant must submit a public vehicle license in the sponsor's name, if the applicant is not a Kuwaiti citizen
