Service Description
This service allows Kuwaiti and foreign applicants (Article 20) to renew and obtain learner's licenses, pursuant to the Traffic Law Articles and Provisions, Executive Regulation No. (67/76), and Amendments thereof

The applicant must submit a public vehicle license in the sponsor's name, in case the applicant is a foreigner (Article 20).

The learner's driving license must be expired

Renewing learner's license for foreigners is associated with their legal residence period
