Service Description
This service allows Kuwaiti citizens and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) citizens, who obtained driving licenses from any of the GCC states, to replace their foreign licenses with Kuwaiti driving licenses, pursuant to the Traffic Law Articles and Provisions, Executive Regulation No. (76/67), and Amendments thereof.
