This service allows citizens to add newborn babies to their fathers' files -

Eligibility or Criteria
The father or the legal representative must attend the procedures -

Copy of the civil ID of the child -  
Birth certificate of the child -  
Civil ID of the father -  
Marriage contract and the husband's and the wife's civil IDs on adding the first newborn baby -

Procedures
The father or the legal representative must submit the required documents in the General Department of Citizenship and Travel Documents at any of the Sections of Adding Newborn Babies reporting to the Department in the Ministry of Health: Farwaniya - Fahaheel - Jahra - Hawally Square
The father or the legal representative fills the service application form
