This service allows the issuance of passport for the first time

Eligibility or Criteria
The father or a legal representative must attend the procedures, in case the applicant is an incompetent person and a child

Copy of the birth certificate for children

Copy of the civil ID for children

Four (4) photos (4 × 6) with blue background

Copy of the latest educational certificate for applicants who reached 6 years old or older

Civil ID of the father or the legal representative

Emergency travel document, if the child is born abroad
