This service allows contractors to register and become qualified suppliers for the Ministry of Public Works

Required Documents

Copy of the company's articles of incorporation and amendments (if any), or copy of the business license, if the applicant is an organization

Copy of the signature authorization of the company's or the organization's signatory parties. It must be approved from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor and Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Certificate of registration with Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the same year

Certificate of registration with the commercial register of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry

Civil number of the company or the organization

Certificate of registration with the Ministry of Planning, for computer suppliers

Certificate of approval from Kuwait Fire Service Directorate, for suppliers of safety and fire systems

Procedures

Visit the Procurement and Store Department of the Ministry of Public Works and submit the required documents. The Ministry will study the request and make you (the supplier's) a visit to check the conformity of your activities to the needs of the Ministry. Then, the Ministry will reply to the request, stating the reasons for approval or disapproval

You will receive an electronic copy of the registration form saved on a disk. Fill the form and re-save it on the same disk. Then, return the disk with a signed and stamped hard-copy to the Procurement and Store Department
Note: The Ministry may request an update for the supplier's details stated in the registration form after two years
