Eligibility or Criteria
|
| Applicants or their representatives from first-degree relatives must attended the procedures |
- |
|
| GCC citizens are registered first time, provided that the mother or the wife is a Kuwaiti citizen or that the applicant works, or attends school, college or institute at Kuwait. |
- |
|
| If the applicant is not married and lives in a residential building, the lease contract must be submitted. If the applicant lives with relatives, no contracts are required |

| Original birth certificate and a copy for applicants born outside Kuwait

- |
|
| Two (2) recent coloured personal photos (4 × 6 cm) |

| Photos should be taken without eyeglasses |
- |

| Face length should range from 2:2 to 2:5 cm and should be at the center of the photo |
- |
|
| Photos should not be taken in military uniform |
- |

| Photos should not be taken for the face profile |
- |
|
| Photo background colour should not affect the clarity |

|
| Blood type certificate |
- |
|
| Lease contract signed by the applicant
|

|
| Marriage contract, if issued in Kuwait or if the wife has the Kuwaiti nationality
|

|
| Original passport and a copy; the passport must include pages for the holder's main details, photo, first entry to Kuwait, and passport date of expiry
|

| Fingerprint notification for applicants who reached 18 years old or older
|
- |
|
| To whom it may concern certificate from the educational entity for applicants attending school or college
|
- |
|
| Power of attorney from the Ministry of Justice, in case the applicant does not attend in person
|
