This service allows the exchange of housing units among citizens.

Both parties and their wives must attend in person to get their signature

An official power of attorney from the wife must be submitted, in case of her absence

The exchange must occur between similar types of estates (a house for a house, a parcel for a parcel, or a parcel for a government house)

Visit the Distribution and Documentation Department at the Public Authority for Housing Welfare Headquarters in person with your wife. If the wife will not attend, bring the required power of attorney and submit it to the employee concerned
