This service allows citizens to authenticate their housing units, whether a house, an apartment, or a parcel previously allocated to the family, after meeting the beneficial left terms

Eligibility or Criteria

The electric current must be connected to the parcel. The connection is needed to calculate the period required for issuing the document of title as of the date of entering the lot

In case at least 5 years pass as of the date of delivery, the document of title will be issued and mortgaged to the Saving and Credit Bank, till all the loan amount is paid

Required Documents

Civil ID of the applicant and a copy

Civil ID of the applicant's wife/wives and copies

Nationality document of the applicant' wife and a copy

Copies of birth certificates of the applicant's children

To whom it may concern certificate from the Saving and Credit Bank in the applicants' names, provided that the certificate must have been issued not later than (3) months

Statement of account from the Ministry of Electricity and Water
