| Recent salary certificate from the employer, provided that the certificate must have been issued not later than (3) months |

| Certificate from the Public Institution for Social Security on the applicant's contribution, for civil sector employees

- |

| Children's educational certificates of the current educational year, for civil sector employees or pensioners
|
- |
|
| Letter from the Citizen Service Department at the Public Authority for Housing Welfare to confirm that the applicant did not obtain a real estate loan and the cancellation of the real estate loan request from the Saving and Credit Bank (If any) |

| Letter from the Real Estate Registration and Authentication Department in the Ministry of Justice, Ministries Complex, second floor. The civil ID number must be written in the real estate registration certificate, and the name must be identical to the name written in the civil ID |

| Copy of the civil IDs for the husband, the wife and the children |
- |

| Copy of the marriage contract, for applicants who have second wives, and a copy of the divorce certificate, for applicants who have divorcees

| Determination of heirs and a certificate from the Real Estate Registration and Authentication Department for the father, in case the father is deceased

| Certificate from the Real Estate Registration and Authentication Department in the name of the father and mother, for lone child
