This service allows unemployed divorcee citizens to continue receiving their shares in the pension of a deceased relative (the deceased father, brother, sister, or husband)
Note: If the wife received her share in her late husband's pension, then, she got married and divorced, she may claim her share in her first husband's pension |

| The divorcee applicant must be entitled to a share from the pension of a deceased relative (the deceased father, mother, sister, or brother) |

| The female applicant's share must have been suspended due to getting married. Payment of shares might be resumed in case of divorce |

| Procedures |
Visit the Insurance Services Department at the main building of the Public Institution for Social Security located in ElMerqab, ElSour Street or one of its branches (Meshrif Branch located at Mubarak Al-Abdullah district near the International Exhibition Fairgrounds, or Gharnata Branch located at Gharnata district - Gamal Abd-El Nasser Street near the Saving and Credit Bank, or Liberation Tower Branch) and submit the required documents(morning or afternoon) Or, apply for the Certificate using the electronic service link https://online.pifss.gov.kw on the Public Institution for Social Security website |
