Issuing Certificate to Companies and Organizations Registered in the Public Institution for Social Security as Employers


 
Service Description
This service allows citizens and residents who own companies and organizations to obtain a certificate stating that they are registered in the Public Institution for Social Security as Employers
Note: An Employer is whoever has Kuwaiti employees on whom the Social Security Law is applicable 		-

Eligibility or Criteria
The company or the organization must be registered in the Public Institution for Social Security as an employer -  
The employer must pay the contribution amounts due -

Required Documents
Letter addressed to the Public Institution for Social Security requesting the issuance of the Certificate -  
Authorization to the agent to receive the certificate -  
Copy of the signature authorization from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry -  
Copy of the company license with the last renewal -

Procedures
Visit the Certificate Section at the main building of the Public Institution for Social Security located in ElMerqab, ElSour Street or one of its branches (Meshrif Branch located at Mubarak Al-Abdullah district near the International Exhibition Fairgrounds, or Gharnata Branch located at Gharnata district - Gamal Abd-El Nasser Street near the Saving and Credit Bank, or Liberation Tower Branch) and submit the required documents
