Issuing Certificate to Companies and Organizations Not Registered in the Public Institution for Social Security as Employers


 
Service Description
This service allows citizens and residents who own companies, organizations and have commercial licenses to obtain a certificate in the name of the company, the organization, or the commercial license. This certificate should indicate that their company, organization, or commercial license is not registered in the Public Institution for Social Security as an Employer -

Eligibility or Criteria
The applicant citizen or resident must have a commercial license to start a business -

Copy of the commercial license -  
Copy of the company contract and amendments -  
Authorization letter to the organization agent and the civil ID of the agent -  
Signature authorization from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry -

Procedures
Visit the Certificate Section at the main building of the Public Institution for Social Security located in ElMerqab, ElSour Street or one of its branches (Meshrif Branch located at Mubarak Al-Abdullah district near the International Exhibition Fairgrounds, or Gharnata Branch located at Gharnata district - Gamal Abd-El Nasser Street near the Saving and Credit Bank, or Liberation Tower Branch) and submit the required documents
