Service Description

  • This service is provided by the General Administration of Customs for organizations and companies in the customs sector in Kuwait. It allows registration or data update of import and export companies through automated customs system. It also allows following up the request status after completion of procedures

Eligibility or Criteria

  • N/A

Required Documents

  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Ministry of Commerce and Industry license
  • Importing license
  • (Signature authorization (Customs
  • Copy of the civil ID of the authorized signatory
  • Any other documents required by the Customs Department

Procedures

Fill the application according to the request type - company registration, modifying company data, or adding a branch
Attach all required documents
Attach all the licenses from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for all the companies and organizations that exist on the automated system, if any
Submit a copy of the official letter approved by the General Administration of Customs if changing company name or the commercial register
Submit a copy for approval by the project administration and the legal team
