Service Description

  • This service allows the subscribed citizens, residents and business sector (companies and organizations) to obtain a private mailbox with a private postal number. All mail messages and correspondences will be delivered to that mailbox

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Unrequired

Required Documents

  • Copy of the applicant's civil ID
  • Passport and a copy, for non-Kuwaiti applicants
  • Commercial register, for companies and organizations
  • Signature authorization, for companies and organizations

Procedures

Visit the post office which your address refers to and submit the required documents
Fill the service application form and sign it
Pay the fees due
Receive your postal code and the key of your mailbox

(5) KD Fixed fees: Mailbox Annual Fee
(4) KD Fixed fees: saling a key
