Service Description

  • This service is provided to the subscriber who wants to change his name in the service to someone else's name and at the behest of the parties. The subscriber that has put his new name on the subscription is responsible of the phone after full completion of the transaction

Eligibility or Criteria

  • N/A

Required Documents

  • Copy of civil ID
  • Copy of the clearance certificate
  • Signature of both parties on the subscriber name change
  • Residence certification for the house (or house owned by subscribers)
