Service Description

  • This service is provided in case the subscriber moves to another area or a resident leaves the country indefinitely or for a long time to his origin country. In those previous cases, they ask for suspension of the telephone service

Eligibility or Criteria

  • N/A

Required Documents

  • Copy of civil ID
  • Copy of the clearance certificate
  • Copy of the commercial signature authorization license, for the shops
  • Copy of the lease contract for the apartments and commercial shops + the civil number, for the commercial shop

Procedures

Visit the section of the subscriber​​
Submit required documents​
Fill the suspension of service form​
Pay the fees at the cashier's section​
Suspend line from service​
