Changing the Phone Number

Service Description

  • This service allows subscribers to change their phone number due to the problems they faced, by putting the phone under surveillance for 10 days

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The subscriber must have been exposed to the problems caused by the phone

Required Documents

  • Copy of the civil ID
  • Copy of the clearance certificate
  • Letter on changing the phone number signed by the applicant

Procedures

Visit the Central you refer to (Customer Service Section) and submit the required documents. The phone will be under surveillance for (10) days. After the surveillance period, a report will be generated. According to this report, the required steps will be taken
Pay the fees due at the Cashier's section
