Service Description

  • This service for business sector allows cancelling individual licenses.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Legal persons: Letter from the government entity to the legal entity requesting the procedures (cooperative communities, unions, clubs)

Required Documents

  • Original License
  • Copy of the power of attorney, in case of the signature by the agent
  • Clearance certificate from the State Property Department (real estate owned by the state)
  • Cancelling the land and real estate (brokerage) license, in case of the commercial license

Procedures

Visit the Commercial License Department of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and submit the required documents.
