  • 1. Presence of a complaint by a consumer at the Center
  • 2. Difficulty of writing the record of evidence inside the store

Required Documents

  • 1. Original commercial license of the store
  • 2. Civil ID of the violator

Procedures

Visit the centers of Ministry of Commerce and Industry affiliated with the Commercial Control Department which covers all governments (near the cooperative stores), and submit the required document.
