Service Description

  • This service allows business sector to apply for releasing part of the insurance companies’ funds.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • 1. Implementation of ministerial decision No. (27) of 1966, amended by ministerial decision No. (30) of 1975, concerning funds that insurance companies keep in Kuwait
  • 2. New deposit in the name of the Minister from the bank

Required Documents

  • Letter from the company requesting the release of the deposit

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, 2nd floor, 1st block, Insurance Department and submit the required documents
