Service Description

  • This service allows the license owner to request relinquishment of license to another person.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • License cancellation (relinquishment letter)

Required Documents

  • 1. Civil ID for the person to whom the license is relinquished
  • 2. Certificate from the Public Authority for Social Securities and Labor, for the person to whom the license is relinquished
  • 3. New contract with the insurance company (the person to whom the license is relinquished)
  • 4. Letter from the license owner requesting the relinquishment
  • 5. lease contract + lease receipt in the name of the person to whom the license is relinquished
  • 6. Filling the relinquishment application (presence of the two parties)
  • 7. Filling the undertaking forms in the name of the person to whom the license is relinquished

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, 2nd floor, 1st block, Insurance Department and submit the required documents
