Service Description

  • This service allows modifying the company's legal entity.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • 1. The company license must be valid.
  • 2. This includes transforming the company from a joint venture or a limited partnership into a limited liability or vice versa.

Required Documents

  • 1. Approved budget by the limited liability companies and a bank certificate of reserving the amount upon the completion of the modification procedures
  • 2. Publishing in the official newspaper Al-Kuwait Al-Youm (Kuwait Today) for 60 days
  • 3. Publishing in any two newspapers for one day

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, 1st floor, block 2, Department of Partnerships and submit the required documents.
