Service Description

  • This service of state property contracts allows business sector/companies to participate in auctions and draws ,restaurant – cafeteria – office

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Copy of the civil ID
  • Power of attorney, in case an agent exists, and the civil ID of the agent
  • Deposit amount calculated according to the nature of the site, submitted through an attested check, and kept until the completion of the auction or draw procedures
  • Filling the auction or draw form
  • For companies , company contract - signature authorization - Power of attorney, in case an agent exists – civil ID

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, located in ElMerqab, Block 1, Building 11, ground floor, Markets and Societies Department – State Property Contracts, and submit the required documents
