  • This service of state property contracts allows business sector to obtain a To Whom it May Concern certificate for housing care.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Letter from the company requesting a housing care certificate
  • Copy of the general certificate of the company ,clearance certificate or the articles of incorporation
  • The contract between the company and the housing care
  • Housing care letter including the names of the subcontractors participating in the project implementation

Visit the Ministries Complex, located in ElMerqab, Block 1, Building 14, 1st floor, Tax Liability and Planning Department, and submit the required documents
