Service Description

  • This service allows government entities to hold cooperative store contracts.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Investment contract, in case of subcontracting, between the society and others approved by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor
  • Letter of society declaration from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor
  • Signature authorization certificate issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor
  • Copy of the civil ID of the person authorized to sign
  • Letters of site delivery from the Municipality
  • Letters of site delivery from the Public Authority for Housing Welfare
  • Complete list of the society's sites from the society, approved and attested by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor
  • Clearance certificate from the Societies Union
  • Clearance Certificate from the Ministry of Electricity and Water
  • Letters of site delivery from the Ministry of Public Works
  • Wedding hall – Extinguishing license meeting all the conditions and attested by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor represented by the Development Department

Visit the Ministries Complex, located in ElMerqab, Block 1, Building 11, ground floor, Markets and Societies Department – State Property Contracts, and submit the required documents
