Service Description

  • This service of state property contracts allows business sector to obtain a license for a market inside the city.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • For companies, company contract - signature authorization - Power of attorney, in case an agent exists – civil ID
  • In case of relinquishment ,presence of assignee and assigner, filling the designated form, in addition to what has been mentioned above and according to the nature of the submitted documents
  • Civil ID(s) if the license is for a group of heirs

Procedures

Visit the Ministries Complex, located in ElMerqab, Block 1, Building 11, ground floor, Markets and Societies Department – State Property Contracts, and submit the required documents
