Service Description

  • This service allows government entities to put up state parcels for sale by auction.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • Approval of the Minister of Finance on selling the state parcel by auction
  • Payment of 1000 KD as a security deposit for the auction, and signature on the book of conditions

Visit the Ministries Complex, located in ElMerqab, Block 1, Building 11, ground floor, Survey Department – State Property Real Estate, and submit the required documents
