  • This service allows citizens to receive a real estate title document.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • N/A

Required Documents

  • Original document of the real estate
  • Copies of the applicants' civil IDs
  • Copy of the special power of attorney in case of having an irrevocable power of attorney
  • In case of inheritors, inheritance determination and all inheritors' civil IDs

Procedures

Visit the Expropriation Department located in ElMerqab, Abdullah Al-Mubarak Street, Al Maseel Market, Block 10/B, 4th floor, and submit the required documents
