Service Description

  • This service allows the issuance of an announcement of the status of the newborn

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The childbirth must have occurred in the hospital

Required Documents

  • Original civil IDs of the husband and his wife, whether the applicant is or is not a Kuwaiti citizen
  • Original marriage contract, if the applicant is a Kuwaiti citizen
  • Original marriage contract attested from the official entity and translated into Arabic, if the applicant is not a Kuwaiti citizen

Procedures

If the newborn is alive: Visit the Office of Announcements in the Medical Records Section and submit the required documents to receive the Announcement of the Alive Newborn
If the newborn is dead: Visit the Administrative Supervisor Office in the Public Relations Section and submit the required documents to receive the Announcement of the Dead Newborn
