Service Description

  • This service allows citizens from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states to issue learner's private driving licenses, pursuant to the Traffic Law Articles and Provisions, Executive Regulation No. (67/76), and Amendments thereof.

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The applicant must be a citizen of GCC states who reached (18) years old

Required Documents

  • Original civil ID and a copy
  • Copy of the passport
  • Blood type certificate
  • Two (2) personal photos (4 × 6 cm) with blue background
