Service Description

  • This service allows Kuwaiti and non-Kuwaiti applicants to issue private driving licenses, pursuant to the Traffic Law Articles and Provisions, Executive Regulation No. (76/67), and Amendments thereof

Eligibility or Criteria

  • The Provisions of the Ministerial Decree No. (1729\2005) must be met

Required Documents

  • Learner's driving license
  • Form for passing theoretical and practical tests
  • Blood type certificate

Procedures

Visit the General Traffic Department in the governorate you refer to and submit the required documents.
Fill the service application form
Have the medical check-up
Pay the fees due
